There are currently eight Master Naturalist chapters located around the state.Traditionally, each program/class year begins in the spring. However, many chapters will let you join at any time.
Requirements: There are no education requirements to joining the Master Naturalist. All you need is an interest in nature and a willingness to learn!

Cost: Students must pay a one-time payment for administrative costs which generally varies from $45 to $60, depending on the chapter. This charge includes the cost of the Master Naturalist Training Manual.
Please be aware that some chapters charge a nominal fee for each class ($5-10) while others offer a set fee that covers all classes. Some chapters may charge annual dues as well.
