Join us a Blackwater Falls State Park for the 2025 conference from June 27-June 29! Registration for the Conference will open on April 1 at 12 p.m.
Lodging:
The WVMN has a block of rooms set aside for the conference. To get the discounted Conference rate, you MUST book it directly with the Blackwater Falls Lodge at 304-259-5216. Reservations are available 24/7. Advise them it is for the “Master Naturalist” Conference.
The room rate is $140.00/night. Choices of rooms are: one king, one queen, two doubles, or one queen with one twin bed.
Discounted rates for Cabins are also available. The four person, two bedroom Classic Cabins are ($198.00 each per night). There are also new 8-person, four bedroom deluxe Cabins for ($333.00 each per night). The rate for Thursday night in the cabins will be less than Friday and Saturday nights. Be aware that cabins will book quickly.
The Blackwater Falls campground sites are also available for $50/night which includes a bath house.
All Lodge rooms and Cabins discounted rates end on May 25, 2025.
