After that, you can come to the conference to register the day of the conference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00a0 There will be a free movie on Thursday, August 19 at 7PM in the Canaan Valley State Park Pine Room (night before the state conference, but not part of it).\u00a0 Open to the public.\u00a0 Please tell your friends.\u00a0 The movie is Hidden Rivers of the Southern Appalachians<\/em><\/strong> (see movie trailer<\/a>).\u00a0 It was part of the American Conservation Film Festival in Shepherdstown and the Park, Friends and MN are sponsoring it here.\u00a0 It is supposed to be a great film focusing on the biodiversity of the area.\u00a0 Please come!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our Master Naturalist President and the WV-DNR, in following the most current CDC guidelines, has decided that masks will be required to be worn for indoor activities by all conference participants. ( Please note that the State Park does not require this, at the moment<\/em>). If people are not comfortable wearing masks indoors, their registration can be cancelled and their money refunded. Members will have to cancel their own hotel reservations. If they mention COVID, their money should be refunded in full. Speakers\/instructors will not be required to wear masks while presenting unless they are close to the students.
