The thread following this theme includes 4 classes and the keynotes: \u201cGrowing Caterpillars: A Tale of Bird, Plants and Conservation\u201d; \u201cPlant Symbioses \u2013 an Introductory Overview\u201d; \u201cThe Interconnected World of Orchids\u201d;  and \u201cCooperation and Competition in our Woodlands.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of the classes also highlight the wonderful wetlands\/bogs that make Canaan Valley a very important part of our state. These classes include: \u201cYellow Creek Preserve (Moon Rocks) Hike\u201d; \u201cA Walk Through Big Run Bog\u201d; \u201cDolly Sods Bog to Bog Wilderness Hike\u201d; \u201cA Marvelous Bog\u201d and \u201cOur Mountain Peatlands, Why I Think they are Cool and You Should, Too\u201d. If you haven\u2019t experienced a wetland, this will be a beautiful time in our bogs and cranberries should be ripe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Friday Evening August 20, 2021<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>5:30 PM to 6:30 PM &#8211;
